A one-off visit to get a new machine, printer or account set up properly the first time.

New hardware rarely arrives ready to work. Accounts need creating, data needs moving, updates need running, and the security settings that ship by default are almost never the ones you want. This is a single scheduled session, remote or in store, to get all of that done in one go.
