Put AI To Work On the Jobs Nobody Has Time For.

We design, build and run AI systems around how your business actually operates — answering customers, handling calls, keeping your CRM clean and removing the admin that eats your week. Built by our own team, not outsourced.

Recent work

AI we have actually shipped

Five systems built and running in real businesses. Different sectors, same approach: scoped to how the business already works, built by our own engineers, supported afterwards.

DentalBooking and follow-up system for dental clinicsAn assistant that takes booking requests day and night, confirms and reschedules against the practice calendar, and runs the recall and post-treatment follow-ups reception never gets round to. The front desk keeps the exceptions; the routine traffic handles itself.AI chat Scheduling Automated follow-up
LegalClient intake and document assistant for a law officeHandles first contact, captures the detail a matter needs before anyone bills time against it, and answers the routine questions — has my document been filed, what do you need from me next — without a partner reading email at ten at night. Sensitive material stays inside the firm’s own systems.Client intake Document Q&A Private by design
AutomotiveQuotes, fitting slots and reminders for a tyre shopAnswers the three questions a tyre shop gets fifty times a day — do you have my size, what does fitting cost, when can you take me — quotes against live stock, books the bay, and reminds customers when a seasonal changeover is due.AI chat Stock lookup Seasonal reminders
HVACCall handling and job booking for an HVAC contractorAnswers the calls that arrive while every technician is already on a roof. It captures the address, the equipment and whether the heat or cooling is actually out, books into the right engineer’s day instead of a shared inbox, and keeps the annual service reminders going out so maintenance contracts renew on time.AI phone agent Job booking Service reminders
Your sectorThe pattern is the same wherever we startEvery one of these began as a list of jobs nobody had time for. We look at where the hours actually go, automate the part that repeats, and leave the judgement calls with your people. Most businesses do not need a custom model. They need the right tools chosen properly, connected to their real data, and set up by someone who will still be there in six months. We will tell you when the honest answer is a smaller project — or no project at all.

Capabilities

What we build

Every engagement is scoped to the business. These are the systems we are asked for most.

AI chat systemsAI chat systemsAssistants that answer real customer questions on your website using your own products, policies and pricing — and hand over to a human the moment it matters.
AI phone systemsAI phone systemsVoice agents that pick up when your team cannot: answering common questions, qualifying callers, booking appointments and routing the calls that need a person.
CRM, custom or platformCRM — custom or platformWe build custom CRMs when your process does not fit a box, and implement HubSpot, Zoho and similar platforms when it does. Either way, set up around how you actually sell.
Workflow automationWorkflow automationQuotes, invoices, onboarding, document handling and the copy-paste work between systems — automated end to end, with a person kept in the loop where judgement is needed.
IntegrationsIntegrationsConnecting the tools you already pay for so data stops living in five places: your CRM, inbox, accounting, store and support desk talking to each other.
Custom AI buildsCustom AI buildsWhen off-the-shelf will not do it: assistants trained on your documentation, internal tools, and systems built to your specification by our own engineers.

How we engage

Small, provable steps — not a big bang

We would rather prove value on one workflow than sell you a transformation programme. If the pilot does not earn its place, you stop.

1

Discovery callWe map where time and money actually leak — usually not where people expect.
2

Assessment & recommendationA written plan: what to automate first, what to leave alone, what it costs and what it should return.
3

PilotOne workflow, built and running in your environment, measured against the way you do it today.
4

Rollout & trainingWe extend what worked, train your team on it, and stay on support so it keeps working.

Where it pays off

Common places we start

Customer serviceAnswering the same questions at 11pm without hiring a night shift.
Reception & bookingCatching the calls that currently go to voicemail and turn into lost work.
Sales pipelineFollow-ups that actually happen, and a CRM your team does not avoid.
Back officeQuotes, invoices and documents moving without someone retyping them.
How we handle your data

  • We tell you exactly what data the system sees, and what never leaves your environment
  • Your business data is not used to train public models
  • A person stays in the loop wherever a wrong answer would cost you
  • Access is scoped to what the system genuinely needs
  • You can switch it off, and you keep your data
What we will not do

  • Promise a percentage saving we cannot evidence
  • Sell you a model when a $30 tool would do the job
  • Automate a broken process instead of fixing it
  • Leave you with something only we can maintain
  • Put AI in front of customers where it damages trust

Questions, answered

AI FAQ

A discovery call. We look at where your team loses hours, pick the single workflow with the clearest return, and pilot that. You get a written recommendation either way.
We scope every build so you know what the system can see. Your data is not used to train public models, access is limited to what the job requires, and we document it before anything goes live.
Usually not. Most of our work connects the tools you already pay for. Replacing systems is a last resort, not a starting point.
Both, depending on the fit. If a platform covers 90% of your process we will implement and configure it. If your process is genuinely different, we build custom. We will tell you which one you are.
Every build is scoped to the business, so we quote after the discovery call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. The assessment gives you costs before you commit to any build.
We do, under Premium Support, and we document it so you are never locked to us. If you would rather run it in-house, we train your team.

Tell us what is eating the week

A 20-minute call, no charge and no pitch. We look at where the time actually goes and tell you what is worth automating first — even if that turns out to be nothing.

What happens next

  • We call you back, usually the same working day
  • Short call to understand the problem
  • A written recommendation with costs
  • You decide — no obligation either way

A short discovery call, then a written recommendation. If AI is the wrong answer, we will say so.
