We are a Microsoft Partner. This page says exactly what that means, what it does not mean, and how to check it yourself in about thirty seconds — without taking our word for any of it.

Geek Of States LLC is listed in Microsoft’s own partner directory. That listing is hosted by Microsoft, not by us, so it cannot be edited from this website:

If a page anywhere claims a Microsoft relationship for a company, that directory is the place to check it. A company that is not listed will not appear there.

What our listing actually says

Taken directly from the Microsoft directory entry, not paraphrased:

  • Legal entity: Geek Of States LLC
  • Products: Azure, Exchange, Office, Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI, Windows
  • Service types: Consulting, Deployment or Migration, Integration, Licensing, Managed Services (MSP)

In practice that means we sell genuine Microsoft licences, provision them into your own tenant, migrate and configure Microsoft 365, and support it afterwards.

What it does not mean

This is the part most companies leave out, so here it is plainly:

  • We do not hold a Microsoft Solutions Partner designation. That is a separate, earned status with published requirements. We have not earned it, we do not claim it, and if you see it claimed for us anywhere, it is wrong.
  • We are not Microsoft. We are an independent company. Microsoft does not own, control or supervise us.
  • We are not Microsoft’s support channel. Contacting us is not the same as contacting Microsoft. For Microsoft’s own support you should go to Microsoft directly.
  • Being listed is not an endorsement. A directory listing says a partner relationship exists. It is not Microsoft vouching for our work.

We would rather tell you this up front than have you find it out later.

If you are checking us out generally

Reasonable thing to do. A few things you can verify rather than trust:

  • We have been trading since 2022, with our own engineers and technicians in the United States and Canada.
  • Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Corporate Compliance statement are all published and dated.
  • We do not use pop-ups or scareware, do not cold-call claiming your computer has a virus, and do not impersonate Microsoft or any other vendor.
  • We do not access anyone’s device without permission tied to a support request they raised. You can watch the session and end it at any time.
  • We publish no invented testimonials, ratings or client results.
  • If something goes wrong, our Customer Resolution Portal sets out how it gets reviewed.
