Tech Charge

Diagnosis and repair for a machine that is slow, unstable or will not start.

Bring us the symptom, not the diagnosis. We work out what is actually wrong before touching anything, tell you what it will take, and only then start work. Most faults are software and fixable the same day. If a repair turns out not to be worth it, we will say so rather than bill you for it.

Charged per session. If the fault turns out to need parts or falls outside this service, we quote you before doing anything further.
